MY PROJECT: INTRODUCTION
For my project, I decided to explore the topic of secrets. Inherently, secrets signify mystery. Both words pertain to the idea that there's some sort of information being kept under wraps for a given reason. Mysteries are most easily solved utilizing questions to get to the bottom of something. So, I'll be using five simple questions to further investigate the topic of secrets:
Specifically, I'll be considering the motivations behind keeping and telling secrets. This includes the best and worst-case scenarios for when to disclose information and the various manners in which this information can be discussed. This culminated in creating a prototype for an online secret-sharing platform entitled ThingsUnsaid which I feel brings something unique and different to the act of disclosing secrets. Furthermore, using my research, I'll invite the reader to consider secrets of their own that they're keeping, or those that they're keeping for others, and question the repercussions of these actions.
